How long does it take to implement AI automation?
Your first automation goes live in month one, and a full plan of three to five automations is live, tested and handed over within 90 days. A single simple workflow can take days; agents across many systems take longer.
What is included in an AI automation agency project?
With us: an audit of your workflows, a roadmap, three to five automations built and connected to your tools, testing with real data, training for your team and a before-and-after report, all within 90 days.
What should I prepare before hiring an agency?
A short list of the tasks that take your team the most time, access to the tools involved, one person on your side to make decisions, and sample data from real work. That's enough for an accurate quote.
Do AI automation agencies maintain workflows after launch?
Good ones do, and we offer it as a monthly retainer for support, fixes and new automations. If you'd rather run things yourself, every automation is documented and handed over with training.
Where does a human review the work before anything irreversible happens?
Before anything that can't be undone, such as releasing a payment, sending a contract or deleting records. We mark those steps when we map the process, and the automation waits for a person's approval there.
What happens when the automation gets an input it doesn't understand?
It stops and passes the item to a person, with what it has worked out so far, rather than guessing. Each of those cases is logged, so we can teach the automation to handle the common ones.
