How we price AI automation

Most of our work is quoted after a short call. That's because cost depends on how many automations you need, which tools we connect and how clean your data is. AI engineers are billed at one published rate. Messaging and AI model usage fees are billed at cost and listed separately on every quote.

Questions about pricing

How much does an AI automation agency cost?

It depends on how many workflows, systems and channels are involved, so we give a fixed quote after a 30-minute call. The one rate we publish is the hourly rate for AI engineers, and third-party costs such as AI usage or message fees are billed at cost.

What factors affect AI automation pricing?

The number of workflows or agents, how many tools they connect to, how much data cleanup is needed, the channel (voice costs more than chat), volume, languages, data-location requirements and the support you want after launch.

Are usage costs (calls, tokens) included in agency pricing?

Not in ours: AI model usage, message fees and call minutes are billed at cost and listed separately, because they rise and fall with your volume. Your quote estimates them from your expected volumes.

Is a one-time build cheaper than a monthly retainer?

A one-time build costs less up front; a retainer costs more over a year but keeps the automations fixed, updated and growing. Many clients start with a build and add a retainer once the automations matter to daily work.

Should I start with a small project or a big one?

Start small. One automation that pays back quickly proves the approach with your own data and makes the next decision easy; that's why our plan puts the first automation live in month one.

Is it cheaper to hire an agency or an in-house AI engineer?

An agency is usually cheaper for a defined project; an in-house engineer is cheaper when there's steady AI work for a full year. A third option is an AI engineer from us at our published hourly rate, working in your team.

Why do AI voice agents cost more than chatbots?

Voice adds running costs that chat doesn't have, such as speech recognition, a natural-sounding voice and phone minutes, and it needs more testing on real calls. The build is also more involved, because calls have to transfer cleanly to people.
