Questions about our services

Can AI automation agencies work with my existing tech stack?

Yes, and they should: good automation connects to the tools you already use, such as your CRM, store, accounting software and messaging channels, rather than replacing them. We check your tools on the first call before quoting.

Should I use a platform or hire an agency for AI automation?

Use a platform yourself when the job is simple and you have time to set it up and maintain it. Hire an agency when the work spans several systems, touches money or customers, or you'd rather have it built, tested and supported for you.

Should I hire a Make or n8n specialist agency or a full-service AI agency?

A specialist suits you if you already know the workflow you want on that one tool. A full-service agency suits you if you need help deciding what to automate, or the work goes beyond one tool into chatbots, voice agents or custom code.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions; an AI agent does work. An agent can take several steps across your tools, such as reading an enquiry, checking stock and drafting a quote for approval, within limits you set.

What is the difference between AI automation and regular automation, Zapier or RPA?

Regular automation, including Zapier flows and RPA, follows fixed rules and breaks when the input changes. AI automation can read emails, documents and messages written in people's own words and decide what to do with them, so it handles work that rules alone can't.

What should I automate first if I hire an agency?

The task your team repeats most often that follows clear rules or readable documents, such as replying to leads, entering invoices or answering the same customer questions. It pays back fastest, and that's what the first call works out with you.

Can small businesses actually benefit from AI automation?

Yes, often more than large ones: a few hours saved each week matters more in a small team. The key is starting with one high-volume task rather than a big programme.
